Search Tax Roll

The Internet Tax Module (ITM) provides a mechanism for searching for, identifying, and viewing current and historical real estate tax records. Users can search for appropriate information in the tax roll using one of five approaches:

·         Account Number

·         Owner/Business Name

·         Physical Property Address (Situs address)

·         DBA Name

·         Subdivision Name

To perform a search, determine which method you wish to use, enter the required data to perform that search, and click the ITM Search Button button contained in the same section of the search form. Required fields for each search type are listed below:

Account Number

Property account number:

One alpha in parcel number - space twice before letter
Two alphas in parcel number - space once before letters

Owner/Business Name

For property tax information, enter the Owner Name or portion thereof (entered as last-name followed by first-name or portion of first-name)

For personal property information, enter the Business Name or portion thereof

If you wish to search for all properties for a specific owner, enter the complete owner name (last-name followed by first-name followed by middle name or middle initial, if applicable) and check the Exact name search check box

Physical Property Address

Providing data for the search fields in the order below will help you narrow your search more quickly:

Street Name

Type

Direction

Number

DBA Name

DBA name or portion thereof

Subdivision Name

Subdivision name (select from list)

When using the pick lists (for example, Subdivision Name), you can click on the list then enter the first letter of the value that you wish to select and you will be positioned at the first name in the list that begins with that letter.

If you provide more information for the search criteria (for example specifying a year for Owner/Business Name or DBA Name searches), your results will be more refined and you will be able to more easily locate the property records that interest you.
