Marion County will require deposits for the 2024 Tax Sale.
All Updates to the practice site will not affect the live tax sale auction.
NO INFORMATION FROM THE PRACTICE SITE WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE LIVE SALE.
Any payments of ACH deposit transactions to the Practice Site will not be processed but will increase the available balance as though a payment was made.
This year again we have a 10% deposit requirement. All Bidders are required to submit a Participating Bidder Agreement following Registration or Login See Terms of Sale for information on this form.
Anyone wishing to access the web site, whether or not you are going to bid, must register as a bidder.
